Thursday – Arrival & Opening
- Guests check in 5–7pm, light dinner/snack buffet.
- Welcome circle, introductions, intention setting.
Friday – Deep Healing
- Morning movement & meditation.
- Two daytime workshops.
- Evening fire ceremony & reflection.
Saturday – Expansion & Creativity
- Morning breathwork or yoga.
- Two daytime workshops.
- Afternoon craft project.
- Evening moonlight snowshoe & fire pit.
Sunday – Integration & Closing
- Gentle sunrise meditation.
